Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A:Both. Vimost Sports is engaged not only in the design, digital printing, manufacturing of sportswear, but also in the sales of these apparel worldwide.
Our Factory is in PengZhou City, Chengdu.
Our sales office is in Downtown Chengdu.
Q:When was your company established?
A:Vimost Sports was established in 2012 Chengdu, China.
So far, we have accumulated rich experience in the sublimation industry, and our products have high quality and sell well all over the world.
Q: What are your main products?
A: Welcome to visit our Product page.All products we make can be found there.
Q:Can you give me a better price?
A:That’s negotiable.
We will always try to provide the best price, because our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with you.
Besides, the price depends on your order quantity. So the price will be better as long as the order quantity gets bigger.
Actually, products and services are more important than price. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”, you will find our high-quality products and good service worthwhile.

Q: What’s your main artwork/technique?
A: Our main artwork is Sublimation Printing. We own the whole complete sublimation equipments.
Q: How do you deal with rush order (within limited time)?
A: We accept rush order in most cases, but extra 20-50% rush fee will be charged for worker’s overwork.
As long as we take rush order, we will finish it in time.
If we can’t make it in time, we will tell you before placing an order. Honesty is our company’s guideline.
Q: What’s Your Lead Time(Delivery time)?
A: Order 10-100psc About 5-7days Order 100-300pcs About 7-14days
PS:The Beginning date is the day when you confirm all the order details.If you order is more than 1,000pcs,Please confirm the lead time with your customer service.
Q: What fabric do you use?
A: All our sublimated garments are made from Polyester. You can view our “ Fabric” page.
Q: What’s Your MOQ?
A: NO MOQ. You can even order 1 piece. For order quantity under 10, extra shipping fee will be charged.
Q: What’s the sample cost? Can be refunded or not?
A: The sample cost is USD$50-100 per piece/set. The sample fee can be refunded after getting your bulk orders. We only support 1pc free sample for new customer.
PS: The best way is to supply one or two free stock samples for your checking quality and artwork, which you only need to pay for the shipping cost.
Q: What’s your order process?
- A: Step1: Confirm the order details (design, art-work, material, quantity, size etc)
- Step 2: Pay the deposit
- Step 3: Start production
- Step 4: Finish production and quality checking
- Step 5: Arrange the balance
- Step 6: Ship out goods and provide tracking number
- Step 7: Receive the goods
- Step 8: Give feedback (in order to improve our production and service)

Q: Do you accept privatenames and numbers printed on uniforms?
A:Yes, it is available. We can make it by Sublimation, Heat Transfer Printing.so you can custom own name,number,size,color,logo,design..etc
Q: Can I make some change during the production?
A: You can change if we have just finished paper patterns and print sample. Can’t change if we finished cutting, sublimation printing and sewing which wasting and cost will be incurred. Need to contact your Vimostsports service who you deal with.
Q: Can you help with the Jersey Design?
Q: Yes! Our design team is ready to help. We offer free design realization. Please contact us ,our salesman will help you finish all.
Q: what format of design or logo you need?
A: Please provide us the vector files in CDR, AI, EPS, PSD or PDF. High resolution JPG is acceptable as well.
Q: How to choose the correct colors?
A: You can advise us (pantone colors codes) PMS colors or Vimost sports color numbers on the color chart we shipped to you together with the first order.

Q: Which payment terms can you accept?
A:We normally accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union.Paypal.
Q: What is your shipping way?
A: DHL,UPS by Air ,we use door to door express.
Q: How do you pack the products? And what are the dimensions of cartons size?
A: One piece/set packed in one poly bag, 30-100 poly bags in one carton.
We have three normal carton sizes:
- 60*43*43cm
- 44*36*40cm
- 37*29*28cm.
- PS,It’s available to custom your design on polybags.
Q:Can I know the weight of different clothes?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items that are customized in any way, can not be returned or exchanged. Customized gear includes and is not limited to, Team name/logo, Team mascot, players name, players numbers, sponsers name, & any art detail.
Q:What should I do if I find a quality problem after receiving the goods?
A: Don’t worry, we provide excellent after-sales service. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us in time, we will replace the products for you.
Q: Which are the product quality issues?
A:Including sewing, printing errors, different sizes, incorrect number,names..etc
Q:How do you protect my business information?
A: As our important customers, we adhere to business principles and never disclose customer privacy.
