To help us provide an accurate quote and prepare your order smoothly, please share as much information as possible about your custom sportswear project. If you do not have all details ready, our team can still help you step by step.
Every custom order is different, but most projects follow the same basic process. Our team will guide you through each step, from the first inquiry to final delivery.
Tell us what you want to make, including the product type, quantity, sport category, design idea, logo, colors, size needs and delivery destination. You can contact us through the website form, email or online chat.
Our team will review your request and confirm the key details, including product style, fabric options, customization method, quantity, size range, artwork needs, packaging requirements and delivery timeline. After the details are clear, we will provide a quotation for your project.
You can send us your finished artwork, design reference or logo files. If you do not have a complete design, our design team can help prepare a custom mockup based on your team colors, logos, patterns, names, numbers and sponsor graphics.
For the best print quality, vector logo files are preferred, such as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be used when vector files are not available.
Before production starts, we will confirm the order sheet, size chart, product details and design mockup with you. Please check all names, numbers, logos, colors, sizes and quantities carefully. Production will begin after the final details are approved.
After the order is confirmed and payment is arranged, we will start production. The process may include sublimation printing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality inspection and packing. Our team checks the order details before shipment to help reduce production mistakes.
After production and quality checking, your order will be packed and prepared for shipping. We can support international shipping based on your order requirements. For future reorders, we can refer to your previous design files and order details to make the process easier.
