Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Vimost Sports is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Chengdu, China. We focus on custom team uniforms, sublimated sportswear, apparel and OEM sportswear production for teams, clubs, brands and distributors.
Q2. What types of customers do you work with?
We work with sports teams, clubs, schools, universities, sportswear brands, team dealers, distributors and private label companies that need custom sportswear or apparel production.
Q3. What products do you mainly manufacture?
We manufacture custom jerseys, team uniforms, training wear, hoodies, jackets, polo shirts, T-shirts, shorts, pants, bags and other custom sportswear products. Different products may use different fabrics, fits and production methods.
Q4. Do you work with international customers?
Yes. Vimost Sports works with overseas customers and supports international custom sportswear orders with design communication, production confirmation and export service.
2. Custom Design & Artwork
Q1. Can you help if I do not have a complete design?
Yes. If you have a logo, team colors, reference images or a design idea, our design team can help prepare a custom mockup for your sportswear order.
Q2. What logo or artwork file format should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be accepted, depending on the design and print size.
Q3. Can I add player names, numbers and sponsor logos?
Yes. Custom sportswear can include player names, numbers, team logos, sponsor graphics, patterns and other design elements. Please check all spelling and numbers carefully before production.
Q4. Can you match my previous design or old jersey?
We can use old jersey photos, samples, artwork files or color references to help prepare a similar design. For the best result, please provide clear images or original design files when available.

Q1. How do I place a custom sportswear order?
You can send us your product type, quantity, design idea, logo, colors, size needs and delivery country. Our team will review your request, confirm details, prepare artwork if needed, and guide you through quotation, approval, production and shipping.

Q2. What information should I provide for a quote?
Please provide the product type, sport or apparel category, estimated quantity, logo files, colors, design reference, size needs, delivery country and expected deadline. If your project is OEM or private label, please include those requirements as well.
Q3. Can I order different sizes in one team order?
Yes. Team orders usually include different sizes. Please provide a clear roster or size list with player names, numbers, sizes and quantities before production.
Q4. Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. For repeat orders, we can refer to previous design files and order details to help make the reorder process easier.
4. Sublimation & Production
Q1. What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to transfer dye into polyester fabric. The design becomes part of the fabric fibers instead of sitting as a thick layer on the surface.
Q2. Is sublimation good for sportswear?
Yes. Sublimation is widely used for custom sportswear because it can create lightweight, breathable and full-color designs on polyester fabrics. It is especially suitable for jerseys, team uniforms and performance apparel.
Q3. Does sublimation crack or peel?
Sublimation does not create a thick surface layer like some transfer methods. The dye bonds with polyester fibers, so the design is resistant to cracking and peeling under normal use and care.
Q4. What happens before production starts?
Before production starts, we confirm order details such as design, logos, colors, names, numbers, sizes, quantities and product requirements. Production begins after the final details are approved.
5. Sizing, Fabrics & Colors
Q1. Do you provide size charts?
Yes. Vimost Sports provides general sizing guidance and product-specific size charts during order discussion or confirmation. Different products may use different measurements, so please request the correct size chart for your product.
Q2. Can you help me choose fabric?
Yes. Fabric recommendations can be based on product type, sport, season, fit preference, print method and order requirements. Fabric swatches may be available for important projects.
Q3. Will fabric affect the printed color?
Yes. Fabric content, texture, base color, surface finish and stretch can affect how sublimation colors appear after printing. For color-sensitive projects, sample confirmation is recommended.
Q4. Why does printed color look different from my screen?
Colors shown on screens are digital references. Fabric texture, material, ink absorption, heat transfer, lighting and device settings can all affect the final color appearance.
6. Payment, Production Time & Shipping
Q1. How long does production take?
Production time depends on product type, quantity, design complexity, material availability and current production schedule. After confirming your order details, our team will provide an estimated production time.
Q2. Can you support urgent orders?
Urgent orders may be possible depending on product type, quantity and production schedule. Please contact us before placing the order so we can check whether your deadline can be supported.
Q3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can support international shipping based on your order requirements and delivery destination. Shipping time and cost may vary by country, order size and shipping method.
Q4. What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms depend on product type, quantity and project requirements. Please contact our team with your order details, and we will confirm the payment terms before production.
7. OEM, Privacy & Reorders
Q1. Do you offer OEM or private label sportswear?
Yes. Vimost Sports supports OEM and private label custom sportswear production for brands, distributors and teamwear companies that need products with their own brand identity.
Q2. Will you display my team logo or brand design on your website?
We respect customer logos, team identities, brand artwork and commercial designs. Customer designs or private label projects will not be used publicly without permission.
Q3. Can you keep my project confidential?
Yes. If your project requires confidential design handling, OEM production or private label support, please let us know before starting the order.
Q4. Can you keep my design files for future orders?
For repeat customers, we may refer to previous design files and order details to make future reorders easier. Please contact us with your previous order information when reordering.
