Custom Sportswear Sizing Guide
How to choose sizes and prepare size information for custom teamwear orders.
How to choose sizes and prepare size information for custom teamwear orders.
Not all sportswear products use the same measurements. A hockey jersey, cycling jersey, hoodie, polo shirt, jacket and pair of shorts may fit differently because of fabric stretch, garment pattern, sport function and customer preference.
For this reason, Vimost Sports provides product-specific size charts during the order discussion or order confirmation process. This helps customers choose sizes based on the correct product style instead of using one general size chart for every item.
For the best size choice, measure a similar garment that fits well or measure the body carefully with a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape level and do not pull it too tight.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Body Length
Measure from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem.
Shoulder Width
Measure from one shoulder edge to the other.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg opening.
Different sportswear products may use different fit styles. Before choosing a size, please confirm whether your product is designed as regular fit, loose fit, slim fit, relaxed fit or compression fit.
Regular Fit
A balanced fit for most team uniforms and general sportswear.
Loose Fit
A roomier fit often used for hockey jerseys, warm-ups, hoodies or outerwear.
Slim Fit
A closer fit used for some training apparel, cycling apparel or performance tops.
Compression Fit
A tight performance fit designed to stay close to the body. Size selection should be checked more carefully.

The following size chart images are provided as general references only. Product-specific size charts are available during order discussion or confirmation.
The following shows examples of different sizes for your reference. If you want to see more product size tables, please contact our sales staff, thank you.
Q1. Are all sportswear size charts the same?
No. Different products may use different size charts because garment pattern, fabric stretch, sport function and fit style can all affect measurements.
Q2. Why do I need to request the correct size chart?
Product-specific size charts help customers choose sizes based on the actual product style instead of using one general chart for all garments.
Q3. Can you make custom sizes?
Custom size requests may be available for some products. Please contact us before production so our team can check the product style, pattern and requirements.
Q4. How should I choose a size if I am between two sizes?
Please check the fit style first. For a looser sportswear fit, many customers choose the larger size. For a closer fit, compare garment measurements carefully before confirming.
Q5. Can I change sizes after production starts?
After production starts, size changes may not be possible because custom sportswear is made according to approved order details. Please confirm all sizes before production.
Q6. Can I send a team roster?
Yes. You can send a team roster with player names, numbers, sizes and quantities. A clear roster helps reduce mistakes for team orders.
To help customers choose more accurately, we can provide product-specific size charts based on the item you want to order. Please contact us with your product type, sport category and fit preference, and our team will send the most suitable sizing information for your project.
